Dr. Bill Leonard has served in the following: Outreach Pastor; Principal of School in Memphis, Tennessee; Minister of Youth in Memphis, Tennessee; Minister of Youth and Outreach in Doraville, Atlanta, Georgia; pastored in Saint Andrews, Columbia, SC; State Evangelist in Virginia, pastored in Grapefield, Virginia, Marion, Virginia and pastored for nine years at South Boston, Virginia. Served in the state of Virginia Music Committee, State Youth Board, State Council, State Missions Board, and State Prayer Force Committee. Served as District Overseer, President of Bland county Medical Clinic; Senior Administrator of Halifax Christian School.
